  • When is the convention?

    • K-PLAY! FEST is being held on Saturday, August 31st and Sunday, September 1st 2024 at the Anaheim Convention Center!

  • Where is the Anaheim Convention Center?

    • 800 W Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802

  • What are the event hours?

    • 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST

  • Where do I get my tickets?

    • You can purchase your tickets here

    • We can scan your ticket from your smartphone. However, we recommend that you print them at home for faster entry!

  • How much are tickets?

    • $40 for General Admission (GA) 2-Day Pass

    • $30 for General Admission (GA) 1-Day Pass

    • Children age 3 and under are admitted for free per paid adult admission (limit of 1 child per adult please).

  • Where and how much is parking?

    • Anaheim Convention Center - Car Park 4

      • 4 West Street Anaheim, CA 92802

    • Parking is handled by the Anaheim Convention Center. Parking price TBA.

  • Can I buy tickets on-site?

    • Tickets can ONLY be purchased online. You can purchase your tickets here.

  • One Ticket Access? Can I get into ANIME Impulse, Sneaker Expo or Collectors Expo with this ticket?

    • If you purchased an ANIME Impulse, Sneaker Expo OR Collectors Expo ticket, you will get FREE access to K-PLAY! FEST. Likewise, if you purchased a K-PLAY! FEST ticket, you will also have FREE access to ANIME Impulse, Sneaker Expo, & Collectors Expo!

  • What is the Return Policy?

    • Tickets are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  • What am I NOT allowed to bring?

    • Items not allowed in the park include radios, cassette recorders, sleeping bags, luggage, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, and coolers.

    • No outside food items will be allowed to be brought inside the event. Please note that all backpacks, purses and bags will be inspected upon entrance, at the entrance itself.

  • Re-entry into the event?

    • Convenient exit and re-entry is available throughout the day of your visit via wristband. Upon arrival, please make your way to the lobby for wristband pickup.

      • Please note that wristbands can not be replaced or taken off easily.

  • Will there be ATM machines?

    • The Anaheim Convention Center is a cashless venue. However, we recommend bringing various types of payment methods as some vendors accept cash, card, and other types of payment.

  • Where is Lost & Found located?

    • Lost and Found for K-PLAY! FEST will be located at the INFO Booth.

  • When is the Random Play Dance happening?

    • Random Play Dance will be hosted on both days at the K-PLAY! FEST Stage.

      • Stay tuned for schedule!

  • Can I take pictures?

    • Yes, we recommend you ask permission of guests, before shooting a photo. It’s even better to have them agree to pose for your camera! Please ask vendors if you may take photos of their work.

  • How do I apply for an Industry Pass?

    • K-PLAY! FEST offers credentialed published industry professionals, and those in the related industries of k-beauty, k-fashion, Korean music, etc. complimentary admission to the event. Apply for an industry pass HERE.

    • Once you’ve registered online, please remember to bring samples of your work and/or a business card to the show. We do not offer a guest option – our Industry Press Passes are for professionals only. Deadline to apply is Friday, August 15th @5PM PDT.

  • Do you allow pets and animals inside the event?

    • Animals are not allowed inside the event with the exception of service animals.
